My 'Parrot Cake' is a German recipe from my childhood and I still enjoy it as an adult. 

A colourful cake that brings fun to the table, it can be customised with the topping as well. 

The colours are yours to chose; I would suggest to stick with three to four colours in one tray to keep it fun.
I like to opt for a lemony icing with sprinkles but I can also offer a chocolate topping or different type decoration. Please reach out to me and let me know if you want it with a specific topping.

Traybake. Feeds approx. 20 people, depending on the size of the slices cut.
